4. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Service Limitations

You may cancel a request prior to dispatch at no cost. If a technician is en route or arrives and you cancel or are unavailable, a minimum service fee may apply.

We make reasonable efforts to respond promptly, but we do not guarantee exact arrival times or success in resolving every lock issue. Some services may be declined for safety, legality, or technical limitations.

5. No Warranties – Disclaimer of Representations

All services, tools, content, and recommendations are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind—express or implied. This includes but is not limited to:
